Simple Water Softeners

WELL WATER SYSTEMS

Well water needs a system built for your water.

Every well is different. Simple Water Softeners tests the water and designs the system around hardness, iron, sulfur smell, sediment, and the quality of water you want in your home.

WHY WELL WATER IS DIFFERENT

Wells are not the same as city water.

Well water comes directly from the ground and can vary dramatically by location. Before choosing equipment, it is important to know whether the water has hardness, iron, sediment, sulfur odor, or other contaminants that need treatment before softening.

01

Hardness

Calcium and magnesium can create scale, damage fixtures, and shorten appliance life.

02

Iron

Iron can stain fixtures, affect taste, and require treatment before the softener.

03

Sulfur smell

Rotten-egg odor usually needs dedicated treatment, not just a standard softener.

04

Sediment

Sand, silt, or particles can affect plumbing, filtration, and softener performance.

QUALITY COMPONENTS

Built with serviceable parts that can handle well water.

Simple well water systems use high-quality components selected for reliability, flow, and long-term serviceability.

Clack valve

American-made, meter-on-demand, low maintenance, and serviceable.

Enpress tank

20% stronger than many tanks, with Vortech distribution for more efficient cleaning.

1-inch flow

1-inch flow throughout the valve, with GPM 27 and drop PSI 15.

10% resin

Well water systems are upgraded to 10% resin for added durability.

WARRANTY

Simple stands behind the system.

Warranty work is handled at no cost when covered, with Simple Water Softeners taking care of the paperwork.

WELL WATER VS CITY WATER

Well water usually needs more than basic softening.

City water is treated before it reaches the home. Well water is usually untreated and can contain higher mineral content, iron, sediment, odor, and other location-specific issues.

Well

Untreated source

Water comes directly from the ground and should be tested before equipment is selected.

City

Treated source

Municipal water is disinfected and treated, but can still have hardness and chlorine taste.

System

Designed around chemistry

The right treatment depends on the actual water test, not a one-size-fits-all package.

WELL UNIT OPTIONS

Ask for the well unit that fits your home.

All sizes are available up to 450K. Job sites are quoted individually based on the water and installation needs.

TYPES OF WELL WATER SYSTEMS

Different water problems need different equipment.

Well water treatment can include a softener, iron filter, sediment filtration, sulfur treatment, chlorination, retention tanks, reverse osmosis, or a combination of systems.

01

Salt-based softeners

Ion exchange systems reduce calcium and magnesium hardness.

02

Iron filtration

Helps treat iron before it stains fixtures or affects water quality.

03

Chlorination and retention

Can be used when water chemistry requires additional treatment time.

04

Reverse osmosis

Drinking-water purification for the kitchen or commercial use.

SIMPLE PROCESS

Test the water. Build the right system. Support it later.

01

Test

Check water hardness, iron, sulfur smell, sediment, and overall quality.

02

Design

Select the right treatment before the softener and size the system correctly.

03

Install

Install the well water treatment system for the home and job site conditions.

04

Support

Provide local service, maintenance, warranty help, and long-term support.
